Does being generous cost lives????
Yes, that’s true. Being generous does cost lives. Not tens not hundreds but staggering figure of 44000 kids go missing in India every year. Most of them landing in the hands of unscrupulous goons who in turn drive them in to Begging. These helpless children (Even new born) end up with their limbs ripped off their bodies (The process of amputation is done by few corrupt Doctors) and end up begging at traffic signals, Holy places etc., .
It is estimated that 300000 Child beggars in India.
The big question now is how mitigate the issue. The answer is simple. Stop donating to any beggar you encounter from now on. By doing so you will be discouraging the rise of beggar mafia from a micro level. This will save limbs, Eye sight and even lives of many children.
Please pass on the message for a better society….and make a child smile.
